Tips and hints

1. Install virus protection and up date it regularly. There is a link to a free anti-virus program on the links page.

2. Install a firewall. Again there is a link to a free program on the links page.

3. House keeping. Once a week up date your virus protection. Once a month defrag your hard drive and run scan disk. Depending on your files you should also back up your data. Once a year have your hard drive reformatted and the operating system re-installed.
